I’m Diane Whiddon, and I’ve been a brand and marketing expert for business owners, and leaders for the last 13 years.  I’ve devoted my life to helping solopreneurs develop strong, clear business strategies that grow their businesses AND feel really, really good to implement.

Why a year commitment? 

Because that’s how long it takes for most people to double their income.

The goal for us is to double our income? 

Yes, that’s the goal.

Is that like … seriously possible? 

Yes.  It happens for a lot of my clients, especially those who stay with me for a year or so.  That seems to be the magic length of time.

Dude, why didn’t you lead with that? 

Because ultimately, I want people who are more interested in their own growth than they are in the money.  That’s the only way you’ll succeed.  If the main thing that you want is the comfort of money (or comfort of anything), you won’t have the stamina or courage to change the way you’ve been doing things.

Your desire to change your way of being, to live more in alignment with your highest, wisest self, has to be your driving force.

Then, we can perform miracles.

And it’s not even really that hard.  I’ve seen it happen over and over again, especially when a group of people with a common goal get together, a … momentum is created that is unstoppable.

We focus on your desires, your genius, and what’s holding you back, and miraculous, lovely things begin to happen.

So, it’s easy? 

Oh, hell no.  It’s going to take grit, courage, determination and discipline.  Make no mistake, this is going to take everything you’ve got.

But the most telling factors for success (and what I’ll be looking for in participants) are:

  1. Can you create on demand?  In other words, can you create on a regular basis?  For example, have you written steady blog posts each week for several months?  Have you almost finished your book?  Have you created a video series or a course?
  2. And perhaps the most important question, are you comfortable taking risks?  The most successful people are comfortable at levels of high risk.  When the game is on the line, they want the ball.

These two things, more than anything else, determine who will double their income and who won’t.  If you can consistently create something, especially toward an end goal, and you can do it when you’re scared, you’ll do very well in this program.

That sounds hard. 

It is.  Make no mistake about it.  If you’re not where you want to be financially and success-wise, there is a reason.  You are protecting yourself from something.  You’ll have to come up against that and triumph over it in order to succeed.  But you have it in you if you believe that you do.

Why is it just for leaders? 

Two reasons. First, I only enjoy working with people who love what they do, and leaders tend to devote their heart and souls to their work.  It’s fun for me to help those dedicated entrepreneurs find more success and abundance from doing more of what they love.  

Second, it’s easier on me.  Leaders tend to have a lot of self-awareness and skills, which will be necessary to uncover blocks and unconscious self-sabotage.

Also, leaders usually have both some internal tools and external support, so you’ll have places to go to witness and support the changes you’ll be making.  This is a huge part of any transformation.

Is that why you do this work in a group? 

Yes.  You will not believe how important and supportive it is to do this in a community.  It will blow your mind how supportive it is to share the struggle of coming up against all your dragons when you’re in a community of other entrepreneurs doing the same thing.  You will not be alone.

Most of my group coaching programs form close, long-lasting relationships.  Many of my old clients stay friends long after the group is over.

Well, at least we’ll be led by you and I really like you. 

Great!  Get ready to not like me at all.  Seriously.  Most of my clients, at one time or another, don’t like me one bit.  Don’t worry.  I don’t take it personally.

When you’re up against all of the stuff that’s been sabotaging you, and all you want to do is run and hide, and I’m the one (lovingly) shouting at you to, “Move forward! Seize what’s yours! Expand your reach!”  … you’re probably going to project some of those negative voices onto me and it will seem like I’m the problem.

And I am.  At the end of the day, no one will push you like I will.  No one is going to urge you off the cliff more than I will.  Because I believe in you.  I do.  You won’t make it into the program if I don’t.

And more than anything, I want you to have the life you want.  The exact life.  No more compromises.  No more sacrifice.  Your life.  The one you’ve deserved all along.

But sometimes that makes me the meanie.

It’s okay.  We can hug it out later.

In the meantime, give yourself some love, acknowledge your genius, and sit down to create your next thing.
